Welcome!

We would like to help you get ready for a Cross-Country Rally.  Take a look around to see the parts and services we provide.  From time to time, we'll also post information and advice here, so please check back.  If you do not see a special part you need for a rally, contact us.  We can usually find it.

RMS is the most experienced assistance team in North America, having been to the Dakar Rally an amazing 10 times since 2004! We've been participating in rallies for many years and know how to prepare, train, and compete. Let us help you get to the finish!

Our workshop is in Northern California, USA. International customers, no problem. We can ship parts worldwide and regularly ship to South America, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil, Australia, Japan, China, and Mongolia.

RMS Support at Baja Rally 2.0

November 14, 2013

September 24-28, 2014 (moved to new dates) RMS will be back for Baja Rally 2.0, providing a full support crew for a limited number of Baja Rally competitors. RMS had the largest team at the inaugural Baja Rally. RMS is the most experienced rally assistance team in North America. Package will include bike transport, mechanical assistance, and bivouac support. Rider transport may be possible in limited numbers. We have very limited rental bikes available. Please let us know ASAP if you need one. Contact us for more information and to reserve a space.

Rally Diabolico Support

We've got a special week in store for Rally Diabolico participants. We're offering a special Rally School near the race location. Dakar 2014 - Rally Assistance Available

We've been to the last 10 Dakars and we're coming back for more! The Dakar entries open on May 15th. Contact us for assistance package information and check out our Sample Dakar Budget to get an idea at overall costs. For 2014 we have the following options: Full Moto Assistance - $22,000 per rider Dakar Ride-Along Package - $7,500 per guest We also have a turn-key race bike package available. We have an RMS-built full Dakar-spec Honda CRF450X available, including a spare race engine. Where to carry spare roadbook o-rings?

July 21, 2013

The F2R roadbook has a handy little area inside the transmission area to keep your spare drive belt and cover strap.   The left zip tie is holding a drive belt. The right zip tie is holding the "spare lock" (a.k.a. cover strap). I left the "spare lock" in the bag so that I would know which is which. Gently fasten the zip ties so you don't pinch the belts. This solution should keep them close at hand and protected from the elements until they are needed. Rally on!
