Aluminum ICO switch upgrade

Replaces ICO switch.  Sturdier and easier to use.  Billet aluminum with high quality switches.  

Does not include a mounting clamp. Requires Aluminum roadbook switch upgrade part, or you can use the original ICO mount back part.
