Our mission is to promote cross country rally racing across the globe, and specifically in the United States, Canada and Mexico.  We provide rally training, products, services, and support for international rally racing from our base in San Francisco, California.

We are:

Charlie Rauseo: Charlie is a Harvard-educated attorney and former executive of a $100 million industrial design company. Charlie is also the American rally guru, having trained every independent Dakar competitor in the last 5 years.  Charlie himself has competed in the Dakar Rally three times, and manages all aspects of Rally Management Services.

Robb McElroy: Robb has been involved with rally racing for years, driving and acting as crew-chief for our lead Dakar support truck the last several years. In past lives he was a project manager for large technology and financial services companies.. but he's left all that behind to assist Charlie in all aspects of company management.

Niles Follin: Niles is the company's mechanical genius.  Niles has been a motorcycle mechanic since time began, growing up with a father obsessed with old motorcycles.  Niles heads up all motor building and consulting, in addition to being lead mechanic during the Dakar Rally.

Evan Leung:  Evan is the company's overseer.  From his home in Canada, Evan manages the finances and 'big picture' aspects of business.  He is a long time motorcyclist, and meets with the other members of team often enough, when he rides down to San Francisco in a day..
